Richard Caskey  practices at his law firm, J. Richard Caskey, P.A., in Tampa, where\n he focuses his practice in the areas of estate and trust litigation. As a Florida Supreme Court\n Certified Circuit Mediator and Certified Appellate Mediator, and Qualified Court-Appointed\n Arbitrator, Rich also focuses upon arbitration and mediation of guardianship, estate, and trust\n disputes. Rich is a fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (“ACTEC”).\n Rich is a current Co-Chair of The Florida Bar’s RPPTL Section Rules Revisions Committee. He\n most recently served for five consecutive years as the Chair of the Section’s Probate and Trust\n Litigation Committee and twice served as Vice-Chair of The Florida Bar Probate Rules\n Committee. Rich has served on a number of other committees of the Real Property, Probate and\n Trust Law Section and is a member of the Section’s Executive Council. In addition to authoring\n many published articles, Rich frequently speaks at seminars and other events about estate and\n trust topics. He is a past Chairman of the Hillsborough County Bar Association Real Property,\n Probate and Trust Law Section. In the Tampa community, Rich serves on the board of directors\n of the MacDonald Training Center, an organization dedicated to empowering people with\n developmental disabilities to lead the lives they choose.
