Lyndy C. Jennings, Board Certified Elder Law Attorney

Lyndy C. Jennings devotes her practice to helping seniors and people with disabilities plan for their legal and health care needs.  She practices in the areas of elder law; estate planning, including Wills, Trusts, Powers of Attorney, Health Care Surrogates, and Living Wills; special needs planning; Medicaid and VA planning; and probate and trust administration. Lyndy has personal experience in elder law because she helped her own family members who struggled with dementia.  She has been on your side of the table, so she knows the challenges people face.  Her goal is to provide peace of mind and quality legal services so her clients can care for their loved ones.

Lyndy's education and experience help her deal with not only the legal aspects of elder law, but the social and family dynamics as well. Lyndy obtained a B.A. and M.S. in psychology.  Throughout her undergraduate and graduate studies, she worked as a suicide and crisis counselor.  She also worked on the forensic unit of a large mental health institute with patients diagnosed with severe mental illnesses.  Lyndy graduated with honors from Stetson University College of Law.  While in law school, she interned with the Federal Bureau of Investigation and the United States Attorney's Office for the Middle District of Florida.
