Estate Planning with Firearms and Precious Metals

We’ll cover when a traditional Will or Revocable Living Trust is the wrong tool for clients who own firearms, why certain assets should never pass through probate, and how a properly drafted Firearms Trust can streamline transfers, preserve privacy, and keep clients on the right side of the law. Attendees will learn how to evaluate client goals, identify red flags, and recommend the right structure without falling into the common traps that show up in this niche.
By the end, you’ll know exactly when a Firearms Trust is the safer and smarter option, how to explain it in plain language to your clients, and how to integrate it into your existing estate planning workflow with minimal friction.
