Dominic Kouffman is an attorney in Holland & Knight's Tampa and West Palm Beach offices, focusing his practice on fiduciary dispute resolution as well as advising institutional and individual fiduciaries and beneficiaries on complex trust and estate administrations. Mr. Kouffman also has significant experience with guardianship matters, complex commercial litigation, financial services litigation, professional negligence defense and healthcare litigation. He is an accomplished litigator and trial lawyer practicing in federal and state courts in Florida and other jurisdictions. His broad range of experience includes representing clients in disputes involving breach of fiduciary duty and breach of trust, undue influence, capacity claims, tortious interference with expectancy, trust modification and termination, breach of contract, fraud, business torts, unfair trade practices, commercial licensing agreements, commercial credit default and receivership, legal malpractice, federal tax credits, aircraft purchases and sales, healthcare law and sports law.

Mr. Kouffman is also experienced in advising clients on the efficient management, production and use of electronically stored information (ESI) in litigation, often referred to as eDiscovery.
